I'm a burnout survivor turned entrepreneur, founder, CEO, and head coach at Lead with Jessica. My journey through the highs and lows of corporate leadership has given me a unique perspective on what it means to thrive in tightly wound environments.

With over a decade of experience managing teams of 5 to 30 people across multi-million-dollar sites, I've gained firsthand knowledge of the challenges leaders face.

In early 2023, I experienced significant burnout, a turning point that led me to reassess my approach to work and leadership. This experience motivated me to become a certified coach, specialising in helping individuals, leaders and organisations overcome and prevent burnout.

Through Lead with Jessica, I aim to provide the guidance and support I wish had been available to me during my own recovery. My mission is to help individuals, leaders, and businesses navigate the pressures of their roles with compassion and resilience, focusing on well-being and sustainability.

The World Health Organisation has recognised burnout as "an occupational phenomenon," and I believe it's crucial to address this issue by creating environments where people can thrive without sacrificing their health or happiness.
